I've popped in a bunch of times over the last decade while living in Bridport. Each visit, I hope for a change, but it’s always the same—very focused on profits and not so much on friendliness or assistance from the staff, who come off as pretty indifferent. The plants are quite pricey, and the shop is filled with a lot of junk. The indoor houseplants section really needs a refresh to appeal to modern tastes. It doesn’t seem to cater much to the younger crowd. I've had way better customer service at other garden centers where they actually value their patrons.

"Had Some Worries About..."
I had a few worries about getting a gift voucher for a close friend from Groves since I'm 50 miles away. But honestly, it was super simple to handle on the Groves website. Just like they said, the voucher showed up safe and sound this week.

I got myself some lights for indoor trees :-
To start off, they were available at Groves when other places were out of stock.
Also, the delivery was super fast and really efficient based on their regular shipping options to my home in Scotland.
Plus, they matched the description perfectly on their site.
